Shady Dale Georgia: Where Highway 142 and Highway 83 meet
From Atlanta/Conyers:
I-20 East: Take Highway 83 exit - Monticello/Madison. Travel south to Shady Dale on the Monticello Crossroads Scenic Byways (begins at county line).
From Augusta:
I-20 West: Take Highway 83 exit and travel south. This is the Madison/Monticello exit and travel to Shady Dale on the Monticello Crossroads Scenic Byways (begins at county line).
From Macon:
I-75 North: Take the Monticello/Forsyth exit - Highway 83. Take Highway 83 North to Monticello to Shady Dale.
Also from Macon you can take Riverside exit -Highway 87 and go Northeast 17 miles and turn right onto Highway 83 North for 17 miles to Monticello to Shady Dale.
Also from Macon you can take Highway 11 North from Gray to Monticello to 83 North to Shady Dale
From Milledgeville:
16 West to Highway 142 (take a right onto 142).
